Terms & Conditions of the Luxury Lifestyle Homes $25,000 Inclusions Promotion
1) The Luxury Lifestyle Homes $25,000 Inclusions Promotion (Promotion) is only applicable for clients
engaging Luxury Lifestyle Homes Pty Ltd ACN 635 185 518 (Promoter) as a Design & Building contractor
where:
a) the client is one of the first 10 clients to visit Luxury Lifestyle Home’s Office for a
Design Consultation in the respective month;
b) the Promoter is engaged to complete a Custom Home Building Project;
c) the client has signed a Concept Plan & Estimate Proposal and proceeded to a Preliminary
Agreement within 7 days of the Estimate being presented by the Promoter.
d) the client has signed a Building Contract within 2 months after signing the Preliminary
Agreement; and
e) the Building Contract value is $800,000.00 or more.
2) The Promotion expires on 31st December 2024. The Promoter may alter, extend withdraw or terminate
this promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion will not apply to any Building Contracts
entered into after the last date of the promotion except for those clients who have signed the
Concept Plan & Estimate Proposal prior to the last date of the Promotion.
3) The Promotion comprises the following upgrades:*
a) Upgraded appliances Smeg Appliances with a value of $7,000, including 60cm Omnichef Oven

Perfect Design Guarantee
1) Luxury Lifestyle Homes Pty Ltd ACN 635 185 518 (Luxury Lifestyle Homes) offers a Perfect Design
Guarantee. if the Concept Plans need to be redrawn, Luxury Lifestyle Homes will apply a $1,000
discount to the building contract price quoted by Luxury Lifestyle Homes.
2) To qualify for the Perfect Design Guarantee:
a) the client must have participated in a Design Consultation meeting;
b) the client must have signed a Concept Plan & Estimate Proposal;
c) the client must have paid the Concept Plan deposit to the Promoter;
d) the Concept Plans need to be redrawn or altered to match the initial instructions provided by
the client. Alterations to the Concept Plans to incorporate new ideas or features which were not
discussed in the Design Consultation meeting;
e) The client must have signed a Preliminary Agreement within 7 days of an estimate being
presented;
f) A Building Contract must be signed within 2 months of the Preliminary Agreement being signed;
2) Please note that these terms and conditions are subject to change and may vary based on
individual circumstances.
Estimated $50,000+ Value saved in project fees when you use Luxury Lifestyle Homes
Luxury Lifestyle Homes has estimated that a customer engaging Luxury Lifestyle Homes to complete
their Custom Home Building Project could save around $50,000 in project fees based on the following:
3) for a $1,200,000.00 Building Contract the industry standard project fees for an independent
architect and builder separately engaged is $60,000 (Industry Standard Project Fees).
4) Luxury Lifestyle Homes charges no more than $10,000 for Working Drawings (Construction Plans)
and an Estimation, including adjustments to plans and associated fees at the Concept Plan &
Estimate stage of the process (Luxury Lifestyle Homes Project Fees).
5) deducting the Luxury Lifestyle Homes Project Fees ($10,000 (max)) from the Industry Standard
Project Fees ($60,000) results in an approximately $50,000 saving.
